Rita Bagley is a painter and a sign maker. Originally from Cicero, Illinois, she has a degree in Design from The University of Illinois. Rita has been living in Richmond, CA. since the late 80’s and works from her home studio.

Greetings to ARTISTS and ART LOVERS!

On Thursday evening, September 20, Arts of Point Richmond will be having their annual "ART OF FALL" show, in conjunction with Point Richmond's weekly ART WALK.

I am taking a hiatus from Arts of Point Richmond and will continue my work as a consultant to the board and the creative team.
