About The Event
Here’s how it works: Drop-off any and all art supplies that you don’t want any more to ar-ti-fact gallery between 1:00—4:00pm on Saturday, December 5 (the day BEFORE the swap). In doing so you will receive a ‘ticket’ that allows you early access at 10:00am on SUNDAY, DECEMBER 6, to ‘shop’ (for free) all of the donated items at the ART SWAP. Early access at 10:00am will only be granted to people who have donated something to the swap. Everyone else (community members, general public & AOPR members who did not donate any art supplies) can 'shop' starting at 12:00noon. The swap will close at 3:00pm. Note: There is no limit on how many supplies you take, but please only take what you personally will actually use!
What will we accept? ALL art supplies in usable condition: pads and papers, collage materials, acrylics (brushes and paints), oils (brushes and paints), canvas and other paint surfaces…
