Congratulations to Founder's Award Recipient Rita Gardner!

AOPR founder Altha Humphrey awarded 2023 Founder's Award to longtime AOPR member Rita Gardner. A published writer and prolific painter, Rita has volunteered innumerable hours in support of AOPR and its members.
