TIO Kids Banners Now on Public Display

TIO Kids banners have been relocated from the schoolyard and can now be viewed on the fence bordering the unofficial dog park (a.k.a. Washington Park) along Garrard Boulevard opposite Mechanics Bank. Come admire the positivity and creativity of grammar school students from Point Richmond's Washington School.
